YouthNet exists to support 16-24 year olds in every aspect of their lives. We achieve this through our two award-winning websites, www.TheSite.org and www.do-it.org.uk.
Within our expanding Development team we are looking for four individuals who are experienced, imaginative and energetic to help develop our existing and new income streams.
Head of Major Gifts - £35-42k p.a.
New department, new donors, new revenue stream
Take the lead in developing a vital new income stream. An excellent communicator with outstanding people skills, you'll work to effectively convey the importance of what we do to major donors. You should have a strong track record in major gift fundraising.
Government Development Manager - £28-33k p.a.
Eat policy for breakfast, develop the project by lunch time and write the funding bid by supper...
You'll use your honed networking skills to source the right funding streams for current and future projects. With a strong knowledge of the youth policy agenda, and a background in fundraising or youth development, you've got the confidence to deal with government and the policy-making environment.Head of Trusts & Lottery - £35-42k p.a

You'll identify and develop new fundraising opportunities from a range of sources, writing proposals and presenting our work to different audiences. You've got an eye for detail and planning, the vision to lead and inspire our expanding team, and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships.
Trust Development Manager - £28 – 33K p.a.
You have the ability to make existing and prospective funders feel comfortable and your enthusiasm for the projects you present is infectious
You'll engage with a wide range of existing and prospective funders, presenting projects with confidence and enthusiasm. With an excellent eye for detail and experience of writing proposals, you must be able to juggle multiple priorities and understand the needs of different funding audiences.

All posts offer a 6% contribution to stakeholder pension.
