Student Journalists Seminar
Turning student journalist skills into a career in the media
YouthNet's award-winning website for young people, TheSite.org, is hosting a seminar for student journalists where some of the UK's top journalists will speak about how to achieve success in student and mainstream media.
The most current trends in journalism will be discussed at the event and the day will give students the opportunity to fire questions at the professionals, network at an invitation-only event and learn the tricks of the trade for now and the future.
The event is presented by former BBC broadcaster Martyn Lewis CBE, who is the founder and chairman of YouthNet, the charity behind TheSite.org - the online guide to life for 16 to 25-year-olds.
