The Mix is looking for an enthusiastic, confident and accomplished Trusts Officer. The successful candidate will support the Senior Development Manager and the Director of Fundraising to identify, research and develop new relationships with trusts, foundations and statutory funders. You will work within the team to grow our portfolio of funder relationships. You will manage the research process and cultivation of new funders. You will manage the charity’s small trusts programme, and you will support the Senior Development Manager with high value relationships. You will work closely with our existing funders to increase their engagement and grow our income.

Candidates will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, good networking and people skills and will ideally have experience in a trusts fundraising environment.

Please note that this position is part-time, 2.5 days per week.

The Mix is looking for an enthusiastic, confident and accomplished Corporate Partnerships Officer. The successful candidate will support the Business Development Manager and the Director of Fundraising to identify, research and develop new partnerships for The Mix.

You will help create exciting, innovative and sustainable income generating partnerships with companies. You will work within the corporate partnerships team to grow our portfolio of partners and commercial relationships. You will support with the creation of new commercial opportunities for the charity and you will contribute to the expansion of our existing new business programme. You will work closely with our existing partners to increase their engagement and grow our income. You will personally steward partners to become closer to the cause and become passionate about our work. You will support partners to become advocates of our cause. Your work will help us reach and empower more young people and help them to make informed choices on the lives they want to live.
